Gibraltar 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Fuji White

Hi guys

just received my xtrons headrest monitors. They look awesome!

Was thinking of wiring up to the front cigarette lighter socket, which is an ignition switched connection.

Question: when I press my engine stop button, the car engine (and OEM dash screen) stop, but the radio remains on until I pull the actual key out. Will the headrests react in the same way as the radio if I wire them to the aforementioned cigarette lighter?

Cheers guys Thumbs Up

I bought earlier this year (my car is 2008) the genuine land rover kit included the full wiring kit, replacement console and wireless headphones I think the number was LR004175.
Many threads on this forum if you search.
As mentioned by others, cables run via the poles in headrest to under the centre console which is removed during install.
