Wheel sensor replacement and supplier(s)

Hi all, I have a problem with a warning light since I changed the rear shocks. Probably a sensor or a hub issue but I won't have a better idea until I take to the garage (diagnostic) later today.

Few years ago, here in France, I was quoted €360 to change one sensor on my old Freelander 1 Shocked - bought 2 off ebay for £15 and spent an afternoon drilling out and replacing the duff one....all good.

Seems like a much simpler job on the F2 (plug and play) but I'm having trouble on which replacement part to buy?

Prices range from £100 down to £35...

Anyone have any first hand experience of buying the cheaper version(s)? Only dead fish go with the flow

Buying copy brake parts ?

Have replaced an ABS sensor with genuine LR - easy fix, has been OK for over 100k, would you really want to save £65 and worry if the ABS system was going to work when you really need it? Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

That's a fair point, obviously. However, this is an electrical cable, and not a "Britpart" option ...

Occsionally there is little difference in quality and its just a matter of 'mark up' from the stealer. I guess you always pay your monies and take a chance! Only dead fish go with the flow
