Land Rover Freelander 2 automatic vibration help please

I've got a slight vibrating when I gently accelerate particularly if I'm going up hill. I feel the vibration though the seat not the steering wheel. It's a automatic gearbox any help would be very grateful.

I am guessing it is somewhere around 1800 rpm?
if yes some do it and some not, by driving around all day in sport mode you will not have it since it will keep
the motor above 2000 rpm.
other thing you can try is to put the premium diesel or/and add 2 stroke oil to the diesel fuel, this seems to help
smoothen the motor action.

Mine was doing that and it got pretty bad. Right on 1700-1800 revs with slight load just before it would change gear. I got an auto service, they changed the transmission oil and it is gone.
