Fitting the extra earth strap seems to cure a lot of electric type problems about £15 from eBay and about 20 minutes to put it on. |

forgive me for sounding daft, does that attach the battery positive, as theres already something extra on there, I wasnt sure what it was? |

I had this same problem, it would come and go and when it wouldn't start I use to give the starter motor a tap, which would get it to start. Got my auto electrician mate who got a Service kit for the starter motor and that sorted it. I think it's the brushes that stick from the carbon build up. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

so cheesed off, every time it goes in under warranty it doesnt do it, so they wont change the starter or use the repair kit, fed up already. |
