Door bump strips

Hi can anybody (or has anybody) tell me if you can remove these black plastic bump strips from the doors, are they just stuck on and just polish the doors up after removing them

They are stuck on with double sided tape so should come off easy enough.

Warm them up with a hair dryer and dental floss behind them will help, they can be stuck down quite firmly.

agree with the above, just heat, and dental floss them off, remove any residue with tar/glue remover, then wash, dry and polish, hopefully there is no noticeable paint discolouration below Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
