United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Loire Blue

My 2011 model did it again a few weeks ago. Stopped to go in a shop. got back in the car and started and the whole car shook until I stopped it. Started again and everything fine. Had someone in the car at the time who couldn't believe it when I said it happens at random every few months and it's a common fault. He just said "I would never buy a Land Rover". 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

I would have kicked him out of the car and said, Censored walk then.

As the TD4 engine is a Ford designed engine I would have told him to Ford Off!

I had exactly the same thing with a Ford C-Max 2.0 tdci which is a version of the same engine. Totally random.

Not had it with Freelander though, yet...... Andy
