Sended Email to this main dealer about this sensor and asked:

Was it realy so that you didnt find any DTC, or did you say it wont even give DTC from that section.

Answear: There was no DTC faults found, they found the fault by measuring temperature differences, Sensor didnt give any actual fault, but according our investigation only the sensor measures false temperature.

Thud ......... Rolling Eyes

Me!....... Start car, HVAC - auto, select 20ish degrees let engine idle and see if compressor clutch is cutting in and out. Just to check! Unfortunately there is other sensors in the system which affect the compressor state of operation but it should be obvious if the compressor is staying engaged longer than necessary. MY15

Some good advice from StuartC, he obviously knows his stuff.

Years ago I worked on some Volvo's in the Middle East and had to make decisions on the hoof as no real support and I remember fitting a sensor as the logical answer to a Volvo aircon system not working correctly. Point being as Volvo back then had good aircon systems maybe forget the Land Rover dealers and find your self a good local aircon specialist.

At the end of the day its just a glorified car fridge as found in most modern cars and needed in your Summer keeping out those massive swarms of man eating mosquito's (as I found out once with a car with no AC Big Cry ). FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

maybe they got litle scared now? they are 100sure its the sensor

Yupp, but still i have problem. They still refuce to admit theyr fault, they sended me SDD results, and there seems no mention about this sensor.

im just wondering why they didnt at first day when booked time to them they didnt SDD, but second time they first take my cars console to bits, and after they find some moisture in condenser then they plugged SDD and this is the results, i dont know what to belive, how this is possible that normal carage finds this error code and they dont. Time between these results is 1 day...

I can't read that document but there seems to be a lot of DTC's.
I don't know the sequence of events but DTC's could have been wiped by doing a vehicle hard reset or any other ECU reset but we don't know exactly who did what.
If it's currently showing an evaporator sensor DTC then this is your problem. I suggest you replace the sensor and walk away from that service centre. MY15

As i said earlier, there are a few sensors which affect the compressor/air conditioning system.
U2002-23 fault code you need to find out what this is, i don't have that information to hand. MY15

Yes, DTC's can be wiped by simply doing a complete "Vehicle clear and reset
Otherwise you can just reset a single ECU which affectively removes the DTC's for that particular ECU. MY15

Well in this situation maybe they reseted this HVAC Ecu to clear those DTC's =).....
