Looks like damage to me, probably from a roof rack. |

I agree It does look like roof damage from a roof rack, but I would of thought the HSE model would have a sun roof. Unless it's different from country to country. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

I'd call them dents. At least they're symmetrical |

These damages seems to be symmetrical.

does seem to be quite badly damaged for a roof rack, perhaps damaged during a subsequent service, on a ramp or suchlike ?

It's hard to notice staying at ground level, first time I noticed this was during car wash using stool by me. Not big problem but I am wondering what has been done with this car as I also had problems with fitting of all car doors and something is still bad with tailgate hinge (probably crooked or undersized). They used additional not genuine spacer rather then replace the hinge (fools at authorized dealer). I haven't any crash. |

Mileage of my new unreg car was suspiciously big, about 80km or 100km.

reading your previous posts, my own feellings are that there is definitely something suspicious with the vehicle.

It looks like something other than a roof rack which has done that. I would expect the centre of the roof to get a dent first if the roof rack was over loaded. But it would have to be seriously over loaded. Also couldn't be genuine roof racks either.

Hi, our one had the same by the b pillar and when I started looking there's loads with the same dents at the dealership, even had a loan car with it in. The dealership sorted it out. The body shop said its when they bond the roof on the glue has pulled it down...... Not what you expect on a new car.... Didn't notice it on handover but who thinks to look on the roof.. |
