Uleiul din lagarul turbinei este sub presiune. Deci daca lagarul este uzat, el tot iese si intra in admisie.
Iar motorul, prin depresiunea creata de pistoane, absoarbe amestecul aer-ulei indiferent cat de jos/sus este pozitionata turbina fata de admisie.

Romania 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Aintree Green

Am adus agregatul acasa.
Problema a fost la un unul din cilindri unde totul era facut praf, o supapa pur si simplu disparuta (mancata de motor), un injector cu duza parca batuta cu ciocanul, pompa de ulei dusa si ea.
Intr-adevar, de ceva vreme se auzea un tzacanit ca de masina de cusut dar, doar la accelerare. La ralanti nu auzeam nimic.
Cert e ca am pus piese noi originale in motor inclusiv injectorul cu buba, am reconditionat turbina (daca tot era dat motorul desfacut). Atasez acum doar capul injectorului care a "luat-o peste nas".

Romania 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Aintree Green

La montare mi s-a crapat racordul de admisie a aerului in turbina. Este un mic racord de 7 cm , piesa LR025326 pe care nu il gasesc fara 70£ cu tot cu transport. Inca nu il dau jos pt ca am nevoie de masina (masina merge binisor, dar din cauza aerului fals trage un pic mai greu). L-as inlocui cu un furtun de silicon de reductie, dar habar nu am de cat sunt diametrele. Unul este aprox. 7 cm. Are cineva idee cat sunt diametrele micului racord buclucas?

Daca e la fel cu celelalte furtune de pe traseul turbo, ar trebui sa aiba 63.5 exterior si 55.5 interior.
Daca te ajuta, cred ca mai am un rest de furtun siliconic la diametrul asta de cand am schimbat pe cel de la clapeta de admisie.

Este mai mare in diametru decat celelalte. Am cumparat un racord si il montez zilele astea.

Am rezolvat si asta. Am luat un racord siliconic drept, cu diam de 60. S-a potrivit ca o manusa. L-am luat de aici:
