Wing removal

Morning all,

Can anyone point me at instructions showing the procedure for removing a front wing? The other half decided she didnt like the shape of ours and cunningly used a post to give it a nice custom look...

Its a long shot but I need an O/s wing in stornoway grey... If anyone has one or knows of a breaker with one (in stornoway) I'd love to hear from you.

Cheers

Sods law says I'd be driving around with a dented wing for a long time. On the other hand, if I fix this one up the other will no doubt get similar treatment within a week...
