Try a different lead. Falling that disconnect the battery and hold the battery leads together this will reset the cars systems. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

U need to keep pressing the aux button to scroll through till it says bt audio. The line in screen is for the cable. |

Thanks for your reply. I have tried but still not working. I've scrolled through and "ok" "BT audio" but still comes up with "line in active " am I missing something else. Thanks for your assistance. |

You have my sympathy as our MY13 seems to have a mind of its own with this issue as well. Not a logical design and I end up pressing buttons and set off on etc until a some point it loads as expected. I use a memory stick and BT pluse line in and none of it connects simply in my view. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Had a similar problem, turned out my phone was not compatible with the LR system |

I remember getting this with my Ipod also. Don't use it that much, but i ended up doing the switch on and off again, reconnect the cables etc. Haven't plugged Ipod in for a while. I sees to remember just keeping my finger on the aux button for ~ 10 secs worked once ?? |
