Hi - I've been fitting some RING DLRs to my 2007 FL2. There is a connection to the vehicle's side light circuit so that the DLR's come on bright when the engine starts but dim as soon as any normal lights are turned on.

The method suggested for finding which wire to use on the back of the light cluster plug is tow turn on the side lights and check for a live connection. That's fine except that there are two pins showing 12V.

Does anyway know which wire or pin I can use to detect the circuit is live please?
