Yeah it does the constant tone sometimes and then the front and rear tone continuously. It does this when stationary and the sensors do not work at all when this happens. Strangely enough, I just tried it again and they're working fine. I think they're just termpermental and annoying!! Thanks for post and putting me on to the other thread. Be interesting to know if there are any others on this site?? Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass |

No, they mumbled something about "software update", and apparently that helped. 2008 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Automatic, Caspian Blue, Alpaca, Moon roof, Exclusive pack. |

Everytime my car goes into the dealer, they say they have to update the software. I didn't realise these cars ran Windows Vista!! Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass |

They can't be running Vista (better known as Fister). If they did, you'd rarely get out of your garage, and if you did it would be very slow.
