I do love a classic, from the 50's right up today.

Tonights choice is :

Journey to the Centre of the Earth
1959. Jules Verne.

Thunderball, Goldfinger and Mary Poppins!

I saw them when they first came out and they all bring back happy childhood memories.

Oh, and I do love a good James Cagney film. Angels with dirty faces, Public enemy, Roaring twenties, White Heat..... Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
Evoque SD4 Dynamic Lux Auto
Present: Audi A3 S Line.

Last Week in honour of the TT races we watched No Limit the classic George Formby movie funny as it gets and a slice of British life we don't see anymore, these days people having a party drinking whiskey and beer and singing at the top of their voices on a public train and the police would be called. Don't want to spoil the movie but goofy looking George gets the pretty girl in the end Mr. Green

Does "the Clangers" count as a classic - not a film, but still classic TV
