This is the Sat Nav software needs updated, it happens from time to time - the disc usually contains the update. |

Ah, Ok, it didn't seem apparent to me that the update is on the disc. I misunderstood it to be the main Car CCF Software. Thank you, I'll keep going |

Software updates of modules/ECU's is totally independant of CCF. MY15

i thought OEM disc had the software on them when you insert it updates, however aftermarket maybe just the map data, just a thought, if its the latter a OEM could update and then use the other Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

My disc is an OEM disc and had the software update on the disc. I was just confused by the message that appeared on the screen that appeared to say the update could not be done unless something else was changed. ...it was not clear that by continuing the software would be automatically updated. All ok and working now. ...I am no longer told I'm driving through fields when driving on a recently built road |
