I've just bought some Heko wind deflectors as well, waiting for them to arrive!

Do they affect the window bounce-back sensors?

I got some for my birthday off my son. Ive not used the clips on any of them as they are tight fit, and ive only used the sticky strips on one of the rears.

My drivers window sometimes bounces back on the safety sensor but I just give the deflector a quick push and then it closes ok. Its normally after ive been driving down the A1 at 69.9mph with the window open Whistle

but they really do work, they completely stop the buffeting I used to have when only my window was open.

Great, thanks for that. I was considering sending them back, because I don't fancy using the clips!

I've used the clips with no bother. It affected the bounce back sensor the first time, I think they just needed fully pushing in.

Why don't you get the EGR ones. They are the stick on type and EGR supplies genuine LR wind deflectors badged as LR. I've got them on mine and the hold is excellent even after two years on. Personally I'd never but anything in a window channel.

LR nut are they the ones that stick on above the window? I always think they look a bit bulky...

Wow that's a stunning looking Freelander you have there! I was considering the stick on type which look very good, but personally prefer the flush type.

Yes they stick on above the window. They are a lot bigger than the Heko ones but I think as the freelander 2 is a big vehicle they suit it. Also you can have your window a lot further down in the rain with the EGR deflectors.

I think LRNUT's FL2 looks ok, nothing on there I would do to mine though as I wouldn't want to copy any of his ideas Whistle
