Mine has started doing exactly the same today!

Summer heat related maybe?

Clean out the rubber window channels/seals then use a bit of silicon spray, dont use normal oils as it will just attract dirt

Mine has been doing the same for months. One day in the winter with heavy snow, it worked perfect, then back to slow step up and step down.

Tried all the resets, holding up for 10 seconds and down for 10 seconds, still the same. Very annoying as it will open on the KEYFOB long hold, but will not close.

If it works well on the fob could it be the window switch itself?
