Drive Train oils

Can anyone help as I saw a list months ago and now can't find it Banging Head

Searching for the list of oils for the differing parts of the drive train with capacities, types and how to do remove and refill (as in so much in and taking so much oil out after filling). Haldex has been done so OK on that.

Thanks. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Manual gearbox Castrol MTF 97309, 2 liters.

The box have the drain plug, level is "fill until the fill hole".
I put in mine a good 75W80 GL4 oil cheaper than Castrol and all is OK

Rear diff Castrol EPX, 0.7 liters.

The rear diff does not have the drain plug so you need to syringe out the old oil. The level is "fill until the fill hole".
I put in mine a good 80W90 GL5 Hypoid oil cheaper than Castrol and all is OK

Front diff Castrol Castrol BOT119, 0.75 liters.

The front diff does not have the drain plug so you need to syringe out the old oil ( ouffff....).The level is fill to top of the fill hole then syringe out 120ml. oh...the car should be on level
I put in mine a good 80W90 GL5 Hypoid oil cheaper than Castrol and all is OK.

Decided to see if I could get some of the drive train oils changed today.

Rear diff was not too bad, on my back on the garage floor. Used a syringe setup and must have got most of the oil out as it took 700 ml to refill.

Gearbox oil had me thinking for a while and found it best to remove the NSF wheel (car well supported). Once the wheel was off and also the engine belly plate not too bad again. With a drain and fill plug no issues.

Transfer oil level plug took a lot of locating and at that point I gave up as not enough ground clearance to be syringing the old oil out and refilling it. For me to do this I need access to a ramp as my car jack and 2 small axle stands are just not going to get me in there.

Both oils I removed were pretty dirty but not grossly smelly. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
