Fault code FL2 Petrol

Lean on bank 2, maybe a oxygen sensor ? Is there any where to buy a second hand one to try rather than paying 145 pounds for a new one.

I took my car to a Land Rover, they said with fault code saying bank 2 running lean is a blocked breather.

Anyone knows this common problem and where the breather is ?
