There is a separate module under each seat for the heating.

You'll need to either get your dealer to enable the "heated seat" field or someone with diagnostic equipment that can edit your CCF.

Underside of the driver seat, heated seat module is the one marked Volvo 2014 SE Loire Blue SD4 Auto (MY15)

Looks like there are quite a few parts from Volvo, just pulled the rubber strip out of the roof rack & it is a Volvo part. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

It's the large rectangular box underneath the leading edge of drivers seat. Right next to main wiring loom to seat wiring loom junction.
