I picked it up yesterday afternoon from over the hills in Yorkshire and had a pleasant drive back in various weather conditions including snow .
1st impressions were good , improved visibility over the Evoque and I felt it was a much better driving position and perhaps a little quieter with the new 2.0 engine , missus went out in it last night for the 1st time , around trip of 40mls (40mpg).
She said she prefers it to the Evoque and her and 2 friends sports bags fitted easily in the boot .
Early days but looking good with that extra space that we missed after the FL2 . FL2 gone now in 2016 Discovery 4 Loire Blue .

Had a new Disco4 HSE for an afternoon at Eastnor Castle experience. Superb car that didn't feel as big as it looks. Slight niggle that would frustrate me is the size and position of the hi/low range buttons along with the hdc and suspension levels buttons. Not very intuitive.Almost too much information available. Notwithstanding I could easily live with the perceived shortcomings.

Certainly on my wish list but not in white  MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

Yes it is , if it had better economy, then I would own one - it was close between a D4 and a DS

Still love my DS, though waiting with baited breath for new Discovery.... 

I've managed 33mpg on a long run driving like a granny. Usually get about mid 20s.

I ain't holding my breath for getting into a D5, my salesman said he will do me a good deal but I'll see. The new road tax system puts me off also, £140 a year + £310 because it's over £40k, yet will no doubt be greener than the current car.

yes, the Dynamic looks interesting, though no you can spec Magneride etc as an option, so may be tempted to upgrade my DS when my17 is out. 

What sort of discounts are buyers achieving on the DS at the moment?
