Who do I write to to complain about the service I have received at a Landrover Service Centre?

I think in the first instance write to the guy known as the 'dealer principal' he is the top man in the dealership.

He should be looking after all aspects of the dealerships performance and he has the position to get to the bottom of any problems on his site.

If you are not happy with his response then get LR involved on the basis that the the dealership performance is letting down the brand reputation. Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor Smile ... but not any more ... Big Cry ... psst look at my gallery!
