Fitting DVD players cost-effective

I am looking to buy a fl2 in the near future.
There isn't many on the market in my price range 10k less than 100,000 on clock that have this fitted .
I'd like least possible amount of wires.
Even if it's not a DVD and just a screen with USB input to put movies on etc.

What would be the best most cost effective way.

Looking for an auto diesel HSE model.
Many thanks

Although not quite as neat, I bought a pair of DVD players that mount on the headrests for the kids in the back. Very good players with lots of input options. Only £160 from Halfords. Using those would open up your options for the car. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
2019 DS. Terribly unreliable.
Sold DS for a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Fingers crossed....
Sold Outlander for a 2014 SD4 SE Tech because I’m mental
Now greatly regret selling the Outlander. MPG of the FL2 is atrocious and so are the fuel bills. Fun though 😎
Couldn’t afford the fuel bills so back to an older Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Significantly better than I remembered it to be…

Do you have any pics of this setup.

I will take some later today. Essentially you have a link cable between the 2 players. I just have mine going between the seats but they are long enough to probably do a neater run. Then you just need the power cable to the 12v socket. They have remotes and can take IR headphones or cabled ones. They can play the same DVD or 2 independently or play most files from SD card. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

I aquired a brand new genuine LR set on auction site for less than £100 inc wireless headphones and replacement centre console control unit.

I still need to add a video source, (I use a psp)

Can't really argue with the neatness of that setup. Can you angle the screen down for smaller viewers? FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

I do not think it can be angled?
No one sits in back of my car, it was purely a mod that I could not resist.
A dealer was selling loads of them on ebay in various leather colours (original cost was circa £900)
The head-sets are complete with small storage bags all marked up LR (store under seat)
As mentioned to play a dvd you need to attach a player or via a phone/pda/laptop etc.

So it is quite limited but has good appearance Laughing
