Just seen this on Autotrader. Is it a legal car in respect of UK being an "Import"?

They do have what they call Grey Imports that are brought into the country but require parts fitting or swopping to make them legal here.

The engine is the same as what's under the bonnet of the Evoque, so parts should be fine. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200 |

It appears to be registered in UK so it will be legal. As they are not made for UK or other EU counties (as far as I know) it is unlikely to have an EU Certificate of Conformity CoC so probably it passed an SVA or IVA on re-importation.
