That filter is a generic one that fits the later PSA engine as used in the Freelander 2 , Peugeot boxer , Citroën relay. Most of the codes relate to the manufacture where is made batch number and a time reference in case it is faulty and needs recalling. Land rover just put the parts in there own box and attaches there sticker then marks up the price for a tidy profit. |

I have been and checked the one fitted and is same as my repacement. Has the PA66 GA30 marking but nothing else. Just surprised that as it is made by Purflux it does not carry the FCS604 marking. |
