I only have a wiring diagram for 09MY LHD so you will need to check - I assume 2013MY RHD will be the same

I had a bit of spare time so I thought I would check out the headlights for the main beam wire and it's not yellow and orange with not having a multi meter it's back to the drawing board. for now,the wire colour's I did find on my freelander2 headlight are yellow +black, blue+green, brown +blue, brown, grey+brown, green, yellow+blue, black+yellow, green+purple, black+purple ,as it was a quick look at the wireing I may have missed a wire so stand to be corrected if I not got it completely right ,but if any one as any more thoughts on this they would be welcome more so if it means I don't have mess about with multi meters |

Remember there is no main beam bulb on your car. The "main beam" is a shutter which opens to allow more light out. So you need to find the wire that activates the shutter, rather than the lighting itself. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

,I never give that a thought with my freelander being a GS just took it for granted that the xs and above had shutters for main beam on the headlights , I am now wondering if the shutters. would cope with spotlights without any problems. |

After a bit of searching the internet I found that Haynes do a manual for the fl2 so since the warranty runs out the 27th of July I thought it may come in handy as it's bound to break down the next day |
