can someone tell me why some FL2's have roofs with crenellations and some are smooth ? i thought it was due to a sunroof but I saw a FL2 today that has a totally smooth roof and no sunroof. is it an age thing ? i apreciate it is to improve the rigidity but surely FL2's would be consistent

I would find it strange if they have versions without them as the body shell is norally the same, just with holes stamped out for the sunroof to be fitted in Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I have one without the sunroof and it has the ribs, my brother inlaw has one with the sun roof and even that has the ribbed effect towards the rear, Ive never seen a completely smooth roofed one before, unless maybe you were looking at a rare pre production prototype maybe?
