Steel. Ours is 29 yrs old and been taken down, and reassembled.
Originally I hired a mixer and put down concrete slab (no plastic or wire mesh!), when we moved just put it down on the gravel driveway. Planning to put it on paving slabs sometime but been ok for 18 years so no rush Very Happy FL2 11 S Black 😂

just buy a 10ft shipping container, thats floor done Shed done all in one lift from a hiab crane. if its unsightly dress it with some nice timber.

But if you want to use a shipping container long term, then worthwhile creating a waterproof roof to protect it - it's amazing how quick the roof rots compared with the rest of it! 2000 Xei 1.8 gone

Modern containers have better water shedding roofs. An old one I have collected water so I over roofed it with profile tin sheet At work

just do a little spreading across into neighbours garden,, plant some trees around it, they will never know At work
