Supplying Dealer Code

Is there any way of identifying who the supplying dealer was based on the dealer code that shows in Topix?

2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

If you can get any dealer to run your VIN through the Direct Dealer Warranty (DDW) system they can provide a print out covering build spec/field service items etc but it also gives the original dealer and the dealer code. Mine is H7828 - Taggarts Land Rover, Glasgow South. 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto - Stornoway Grey - Hers (His, really)

Will any main dealer run the Vin? and give the original specs

Well, I bought my FL2 just recently from an independent dealer and then phoned Taggarts as I wanted to find out if it was possbile to obtain the build spec. They then ran the check and then emailed me the scan of the printout! Very helpful but maybe not all dealers will be the same. 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto - Stornoway Grey - Hers (His, really)

Surely in 2009 Glasgow (south) was Shields or does the dealer No. transfer to the present owner of the dealership?. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

The supplying dealer is H0155 according to Topix. I believe it to be Cyprus Premium Automobiles in Nicosia but want to be sure.
