Just been quoted £635 from a main dealer, to have roof rails and bars fitted to my FL2

Dealers charge around £150 an hour plus vat i guess they allow a couple of hours for the job with tea break?? |

roof rails are an easy fit. no special tools required. 2hrs max |

i fitted mine myself - really easy watch the videos from powerfuluk on youtube and you are all set you need a helper but its a really satisfying job as for specialist tools you only need some tiger seal, 22mm wrench ( from memory) and a 10mm drill and some allen keys ( torque wrench and a snake tool for removing the pine cones could be handy) do it yourself then you know its done right |
