Hi Everyone. I have recently noticed my front suspension height is lower than the spec, and the rear slightly higher than spec. Having taken notice of others, even some of the approved used in dealerships, others are exactly the same, and some are totally level. It doesn't seem to have any pattern with age or spec. A 2014 one had the same issue!!! What could be the reason for this and what would I need to replace to get it level again? Such as springs / shock absorber etc?

about a cm out each end. not sure about the engines but they were all different specs and wheel sizes. so for example mine is an SD4 XS, i've seen the same issue with HSEs, TD4s, there doesn't seem to be any noticeable pattern as far as i can tell. if it was say all SD4s or all XS specs then i'd understand but this doesn't appear to be the case as a 2010 XS SD4 i saw the other day was totally level! |

Do you really notice 3/8" that much? and does 3/8" really matter? ok if it was an inch or more Id say something needs looking at.

Have you thought about how much weight a full tank of fuel is compared to a car with a nearly empty one? the car has around a 14 gallon tank? And that would weigh around 140lbs full, that would certainly make the rear end drop 10mm im sure, so maybe this is what youre seeing? |

Is the ground level. Use a level. then turn the car around 180° & place the tyres in the same position & remeasure heights. Average the heights on each corner.
