Borg & Beck or Brembo?

Time has come for some new front discs/ pads. Buying from A/F and they have both sets as a complete fitting kit. Borg & Beck are £104 & Brembo are £146. Question is, Any difference braking/ performance wise between the two?

Brembo brakes are used on many high performance competition cars especially in rallying.
If their competition parts are in the top flight then I would hope that the standard parts are of the same top quality for general use. All FL2's (3) Gone

If I was changing calipers as well then would certainly go for the Brembo. As it's just a disc and pad change not convinced they are worth the extra money.

Lets not get mixed up here between Brembo's performance kits and Brembo's OE replacement discs and pads.

Brembo's OE stuff is no different from what you get on the car as standard. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
