Yep, my old Freelander 2!

The last time I saw her was when she drove off to her new life in Norfolk in October 2013!

OK, she is not as clean as when I had her, but Dave who owns her now has said that she has not missed a beat and never gone wrong! Also fast approaching 90,000 miles!

Also can't believe she will be 10 years old in December as well!

Good to know the older ones can remain reliable-your old one still looks very smart. Mine's 9 yo in March and has been totally reliable in the 17 months I have owned it. Was it expensive to colour code the plastic sill covers or did you replace the originals with the genuine premium pack ones?

Yep, I bought all new primered door capping and wing caps, and a brand new fully primered rear bumper from the premium pack cars/Lux cars.

I'd say I was knocking on the door of £1500 to do the full complete facelift etc. But this was back in January 2010 when the facelift was new, and second hand parts were rare as! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather.
