I really don't understand why the SE Disco couldn't have one from the factory?

I could've speced pretty much every other option Confused It used to be the fact that the Disco GS didn't have cruise control, anyway would rather have the Disco without than the DS with. SE has everything I need and none the stuff I don't. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

J77 it's plug and play on Fl2 so I don't see why the d4 be any different.
