Freelander-2 2.2 injector return line leakage

Hi,
Just replaced the glow plugs. and in the process of removing the diesel filter without disassembling the fuel lines, the 4-way connector of one of the injector return lines broke.
I made a new one of copper and connected.

But now the connectors for injector fuel return lines are leaking.
It was ok before I started messing.
Tried to take off the blank connectorpiece (one way valve?) that connects to the return line attached to the filter, and repaced with a 8mm tube.
Not good. Injectors leaking even more...
Tried to put on a "normal" one way valve, but no success either.
Tried to blow compressed air through the connectorpiece, but no success.
Is it stuck, or does it need more pressure to open?

May any one clear this for me?

I'm stuck...

That valve on the leak off pipe junction keeps/maintains a pressure of 10 bars in injectors' return line.
Don't mess with it as the injectors need that pressure for the injector's high pressure hydraulic chamber to work properly.
Probably your compressor didn't raised the pressure more than 10 bars in order for the valve to open.
And, if not in good order, 10 bars is quite enough for the pipes until that valve to leak.

Thanks,
That makes sence. I've got 8-9 BAR pressure on the compressor.
All is down to bad O-rings on the overflow connectors on the injectors, then.
Strange, but of course Iv'e fiddled them a little both ways during the process. Try to replace and check.

Maybe these can help...
The entire ensemble has the valve included.
