Dealers are absolutely outrageous and I intend on filtering them out of the equation as my posts would be indicating. I now have the means to do my own servicing and diagnostic so the dealer is on borrowed time. And really up to now I've only given them the opportunity to give me a reason to stay with them and - they Havn't!!!
Infact they have been absolutely no help and have just proven to me they know absolutely very little
About the technology in these vehicles and unless a machine tells them what to do, they really have little skill to do anything else.
Not that the car has had any problem, In fact quite the opposite, but it's clear to me that they either know little about the vehicle or are purposely being vague about answering my questions - I think the later as I have it in writing on a technical question that was asked to LR technical. Bit sad actually that they'd be dismissive and has only mad my resolve greater. So really I should thank them as my knowledge and resources mean can now do these things and help others! MY15
