When I lived in Switzerland we had to run winter tyres by law (same laws applied in Germany and Austria)

I think the winter tyre option shows up on my dash display, I'll check later, my previous FL2 had it.

No, i have that also, this is another field within CCF which the dealer should activate if Winter tyres are fitted and will prevent car exceeding this speed limit.

Ah, I see, that would be an excellent feature to allow users to adjust, my Merc had a system, speedtronic I think, where I could set a max speed, it was a god send, if you needed to exceed the set limit, kick down would override it. |
