I installed some led downlights in the bathroom with an electronic transformer and now the FM radio gets zapped when the lights are switched on. Could be a similar controller issue 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I have installed these LED day time lights, with a voltage drop timer.(so they stay of for approx 12 seconds when I turn the power off) They do give a very slight interference with the radio, they Kill the DAB radio in my garage if that's playing !

funny this, I have a pure digital radio in the kitchen, after a power cut it cant find the time again, despite tuning into a digital station, there are led fairly lights around the kitchen window maybe they are interfering? At work

im going to put the old number plate bulbs back in, having my number plate being lit up bright white isnt really worth it if my radio only gets a handful of intermittent stations compared to all without the leds in. 2010 HSE SD4 in Santorini black

I recently followed an Audi with led plate lights added, no spread of light at all just two stripes of down light and an unpleasant reflection off the bumper

I don't understand the current (no pun...) obsession with LEDs or DRLs for that matter. They mostly produce a nasty over bright uncontrolled light that just dazzles others. Unnecessary & Horrid. And any associated switching control circuitry will cause RFI unless very carefully designed & implemented. |
