You would think with all the technology and warning systems they put on cars nowadays it would be possible to come up with a test sequence that warns if brake lights etc aren't working before and during driving...other than a quicker flash on the indicator! FL No 1 - 2012 (MY2011) XS manual Firenze Red - Gone

Many cars used to have bulb failure indication on the instrument display, this has probably been removed and replaced with cup holders, that seems to be the most important feature these days Thumbs Up
