Smashing car in a good colour. You really will enjoy towing with it - it's the best car I've ever had for pulling the caravan. Enjoy it! Ours - 2008 Stornoway Grey HSE Auto

Yes and yes to both questions but at certain mileages you should also change transfer/gearbox/haldex oils and brake hoses/fluids etc. There is a service guide on here somewhere which will advise when or to save time, just ask Alex! Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

I would check that it has had the fuel filter replaced, these cars seem susceptible to fuel filter problems and it is supposed to be changed every other service. I get mine done every time now after a few incidents of "reduced engine performance" messages on two of our cars that went away after filter changes. As a 2011 model you might also get the dreaded hesitation problems (especially in warmer weather) unless you have the ECU software upgrade (actually that might not be true of a SD4). 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I added the packs to my profile only after finding the details of the vehicle on the "for sale" notice that LR York had printed when they sold the car to the previous owner 18 months ago. I didn't know what they were so a quick google search return the answers of Premium pack - upgraded Windsor leather plus something else I cant remember ! Cold pack - heated electric front screen and heater washers ? dorsetfreelander I have emailed the seller to get details of what was changed on the service last week. Thanks for the advice LR Freelander 2 2014 metropolis SD4 auto in Loire Blue. Cheers Mike, I have the heated screen but not sure about heated washers, and although mine has the premium sound systems, memory seats and dipping mirrors it just has the standard leather. im not sure It was fitted with any extras packs. Topix doesn't show any option packs on mine. |

You can tell if it has heated washers by lifting the bonnet and looking for an electrical cable going to the washer jets.
