I had a leak which was coming from rear off-side window which I told the dealer, but they insisted in resealing the high level brake light which is a known fault. Week later back on the phone, can you seal this window you know the one I told you about in the first place, which they did. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

On a MY14 I wouldn't tinker - take it back to the dealer and tell them that the high level brake lamp is leaking - it is a well known fault - they should replace the lamp.

My previous Freelander let water in around the high level brake light, it's not a great detail |

Ah, you have an optional extra - The True Land Rover Experience - for internal floor & boot cleaning. |

And me. Removed the unit. Thick coating of silicone grease on the gasket, refit and never a drop since. Very easy. |

Thanks everyone - sounds fairly common then i guess - its more an annoyance than anything else because its just a drip once in a while but it means i'm having to run the a/c all the time to keep the windscreen clear...
