Is there such a thing, I only want the back 3 windows (behind the C-Pillar) doing & wondered what the dealers charge for this? Any help appreciated ... I Know I could always ask them first but I don't want to get upset on the phone if it's £1000 & anyway I'll get more sense out of you lot!

Yes, you can get retro fit privacy glass. No, I am not sure what it entails exactly. I just remember speaking to a slaesman at Charles Hurst at Kensington 2 weekd ago re another Freelander and the price for a new vehicle got quite low. I mentioned I wanted privacy glass and he said the vehicles he could access at this time in the colour I wanted didn't have it, but that could be retro added at something like £400.

It included the rear passenger door windows as well

I'll be telling them that another dealer is offering £200 just for the back 3 but I'd rather use my local dealer! .... they need to fix my dodgy fuel guage anyway!

I did try using the Halfords film myself & was nearly happy with it, but it didn't look good enough so i took it out! I'd rather pay a little premium so I can have somebody to shout at if it's crap!

there is a link for security window film on disco3, which he was offering to them at different shades of grey or clear, which is smash resistant, (hold the glass in place) to stop smash and grab theifs

I presume wanting just the rear boot doing your wanting it to be safe from sight

If you speak to the LR dealer reception they will give you the name of the company that does the tinting for them, or the chaps in sales.

Getting the number will obviously mean the company will be used to working on FL2's but doesn't mean any other local tinter wouldn't do as good a job IMO  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I had the rear 5 done through Stratstone for £350. Had the wife's Audi A3 rear 5 done locally for £200. All inc VAT.
