MY14 XS SD4 - bit of a rattle underneath so had a peak & mid section heat shield loose & lost all its bolts. So have took off & will get dealer to put back on (warranty job).

Now, coming out of the centre silencer thing are 2 1/4 inch pipes which disappear to the rear - What are they for ? don't think the freelie has Adblue injection, carbon trap stuff maybe ? never seen such a setup before. If it was steam powered I'd have said a superheater .....

Just curious  FL2 Ex D2, D3, RRS, etc. now all gone.
