I checked mine on the way home, and it's the same. I think the way it works is that the driver's side controls the climate control system (it's the master, if you like) while the passenger side just uses air blending via flaps to adjust the passenger temperature. |

I'm sure I read somewhere that the Passenger side can only vary the Driver's temperature setting by +/- 4C which seems to follow the descriptions above. The Driver has control of the master settings and the passenger can only vary it by blending air. |

Yes that's right - but I would have expected there to have been some mention in the Handbook which clarified how it is implemented.
