Hi all...I have searched the forum and there are a number of things i have looked at. The slight dull knocking noise coming from the rear at low speed over minor bumps is sooooo annoying.

I see you say the noise is at the rear, so no steering! Your finger tip is touching a rear drive shaft. Yes, there will be slight movement if you push/pull it. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

I am happy to be corrected on this but I think the rear anti-roll bar is a "U" shaped bar which links the suspension struts (uprights) together, I think on the FL2 using a fairly long vertical link at each end, close to the strut itself.

I think i will order the kit and replace. As Dunkley says its not a bad price and no harming changing to see if it is that noise.

Are you sure it's not the vibration damper? They knock when they let go. See here http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic24349.html |
