Brake discs and pads

Just fitted new front Pagid discs and pads. Did I need new bolts for the carrier and what torque should I have used? Should of checked this before I did the job!!!

Front caliper bracket to hub carrier bolts 200nm The Haynes manual say to use new bolts.

I haven't done a front disc replacement job on a Freelander yet but on other cars the disc supplier usually supply new bolts. However I was once told that the real reason for this is that the new bolts have new (blue) locking compound already on them and that it's OK to reuse old ones if they are in good condition and you use LocTite. I stand to be corrected on this but I have noticed that a lot of garages don't use new bolts on some of these jobs.
I always use Loctite on bolts and guide pins on the braking system as a matter of course. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
