having called around a few dealers, I'm struggling to find one with their own bodyshop (need to get a scratch sorted out which happened during the windscreen repair). Do most dealers not have their own facilities ?

If it's a scratch then you will pay a fortune at a dealer. Have you tried the local franchise for "Chipsaway" they are on the www and in yellow pages. When I got a large and very deep scratch on the boot of the RRS done the local dealer wanted close to £400 and 3 days for the job, that included the replacement of all badging (which wasn't necessary). I called Chipsaway and the local guy came out to the house (they will do it at your work too or in a carpark) with a van fully kitted up to deal with any sort of weather and all the paint shades you can think of. He quoted my £65 and 3 weeks later he came to the house and did the job. You have to look very closely to see a slight indentation.

Thanks for this. If I was paying myself, then I would probably go down that route. In this case, National Windscreens are footing the bill, so I'm happy to go to a dealer - my local one doesn't have it's own bodyshop though, so I'm trying their approved regular one. The scratch is very slight, but also very noticable, so I'm keen to get it done asap.
