Having front (or rear) fog lights on when the visibility is more than 100m will certainly get you a ticket. This happened to a young lad I knew who had just passed his test and thought it looked cool while cruising around town in the evening. He had no idea he was doing anything wrong until he dazzled the oncoming policeman. Bad luck or just poor memory?
