United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HST Manual Sumatra Black
Fitting daytime running lghts

I have a 2007 Freelander 2 and wish to fit daytime running lights. Could anyone tell me the best place to connect the ignition signal and what colour cable. The other connections are no problem.

Best place is a piggy back fuse in the engine bay fuse box. I forget which one but read wytonpjs thread on signature lights and its in there. However youll also note from that thread due to the electronic key system the lights will come on when you insert the key and to be fully legal they shouldnt untill you start the engine. So you could use a split charge relay instead which will provide power only when the engine is running.
