Ok so this morning was the first time I have driven the car since we got it and its been cold ish +2 or there abouts. After driving for a bit I noticed the wing mirrors had started to steam up so folded in the mirrors and unfolded them the glass very quickly cleared. I thought it must have got it self in a twist problem solved and carried on. However whilst thinking about it I felt the mirror to find the glass cold to touch, I have found with previous cars with this feature the glass feels hot, enough that you will notice it. So decided to try the buttons for heated windscreen see if that enables the heated mirrors nope no joy. Although the heated rear screen button seems to operate the heated mirrors, I checked the manual but found nothing about heated mirrors. Am I right in saying this or do they just operate all the time like most other cars? Regards

It's a very rare occasion when I have to use the rear defrost function and tonight was the first time since new as we had a bit of an inversion event tonight and got a light fog. Mirrors defrost when rear defrost is activated, I felt driver mirror glass which was warm to touch! MY15
